ANAHIT MAGHAKYAN, PARTNER

Anahit Maghakyan is a founding partner at MAGISA LAW, where she passionately advocates for employees in a broad spectrum of employment and labor law cases, including matters of discrimination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Her extensive legal background also includes a deep commitment to personal injury law, providing skilled representation for those seeking justice and compensation.

Anahit’s journey to the legal profession is grounded in her strong academic foundation and unique personal story. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Spanish Language and Literature from the State University of Yerevan in Armenia and earned her Juris Doctor with high honors from Glendale University College of Law.

In her early twenties, Anahit immigrated to the U.S. with her family, an experience that ignited her passion for human rights and advocacy after witnessing and overcoming personal challenges and human rights violations. With the unwavering support of her husband and two young children, she achieved her goal of becoming a dedicated advocate for justice.

Anahit began her career at one of Los Angeles’ largest plaintiff employment firms, where she quickly earned a reputation for her commitment to her clients, securing millions of dollars in recoveries for employees.

Fluent in English, Spanish, Armenian, and Russian, Anahit’s polyglot abilities and multicultural perspective bring an added layer of empathy and insight to her practice. She understands that each case is a pivotal moment in her clients’ lives and approaches each one with compassion, dedication, and an unwavering drive to secure justice.

Outside the office, Anahit enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and cheering on her children at their Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and tennis tournaments.
